How to Explain Sex to Children

There are many ways to explain sex to children. But the best and easiest way to to keep the conversation light and fun! Last weekend I pick a nice relaxing time at home. My daughter and I had had a very busy day and it was ‘chill out’ time on the couch. I knew we would have no interuptions so I opened up the computer.She is 7 so we just went through all the basics. Menstruation, what are periods etc and the basics on how babies are made. It was actually so much fun! we kept the conversation light, I answered any questions she had and we had a few giggles when I showed her some cartoon pictures of how babies are made.

It was interesting though, after we had talked she opened up to me about a whole lot of other stuff. It was awesome.
